Rejoice! Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets has just opened to all, well the first few chapters. As we reported yesterday, the first few chapters (1 to 4) were open to Slytherin students in advanced for wining the house cup.
Here are some of the highlights of these chapters.
- A game to keep Aunt Petunia’s cake afloat in the air.
- New material from J.K. Rowling on technology in the wizarding world.
- A game to remove the gnomes from the Weasley’s garden.
- New material from J.K. Rowling about the Malfoy family.
Below are some screenshots of the chapters.
Chapters 5 to 11 will be available shortly.

The images look great!! I haven’t been on Pottermore at all, as a massive Potter, am I missing out, would you recommend it?
As a member of pottermore, I don’t really think you’re missing much other than the sorting as well as the wand choosing. Sure, there’s a competition for the house cup as well as brewing potions and dueling, but other than that there’s not much I can say is great about it. Although the new material is quite nice, but I’m sure you could find it somewhere else on the internet. Don’t take my word for it though. If you’re really that curious about it I would recommend checking it out yourself since everyone’s opinion can be completely different and unique. (Did I mention there are notes on the wandlore J.K. Rowling used?)
