The Halifax Shopping Centre has finally confirmed that an official Apple Retail Store will be opening in the Halifax Shopping Centre.

It appears that the Halifax Apple Retail Store, which will be the first Apple Store to open in Atlantic Canada, will occupy 7000 square feet. It will be located near the Sears Entrance. The Shopping Centre will be removing the elevator located near the Sears, and was getting ready for a store with large electrical needs in that area.

iPhone in Canada reported back in March that the Store will look like the Oakridge Centre location (which can be seen, right). Also, some Halifax Shopping Centre Site Plan were leaked a few months ago as well, and can be seen in the gallery below.

UPDATE: The Halifax Shopping Centre has posted several job postings, as well on their official website.
