London 2012 Summer Olympic to be streamed into 64 Asian and European Countries on YouTube

The London 2012 Olympic Games are really embracing technology. Not only online, but with mobile as well.

NBC plans to stream 3500 hours of content on YouTube. BBC plans to air the games 24/7 on 24 channels.

CTV released their Press Release on their Olympic Plans plans, which includes plans to air 2000 hours on TSN, CTV, Sportsnet, OLN, V, RDS, OMNI and ATN and also will stream 3500 hours online and mobile at their Olympic website. Check out the CTV schedule here.

That’s not all. The International Olympic Committee announced that they will provide 2200 hours of streaming, focusing on 64 Asian and European countries.

The London 2012 Olympics, truly will be the first Olympics game available for your viewing pleasure… everywhere.
